You bring our ring to an outside jeweler for resizing or repairs, this will void it as Diamond Queen Toronto cannot be held accountable for any outside work on their jewelry. Each jeweler is independent of each other so it's best to continue with your original jeweler for the best results. The jeweler who crafts the ring and knows their product is able to better take care of necessary adjustments without complication.

Your ring is a piece that you will be wearing everyday. Naturally as a result it is subject to everyday wear and tear and sometimes damages. You can imagine how much you are using your hands everyday. Diamond Queen manufacturing warranty covers anything that can be drawn back to the manufacturing process. Any phyiscal damages will be fixed at a reasonable cost.

At Diamond Queen, we carefully inspect each ring to determine the cause of the damage and whether it is covered under our warranty. If the damage is to be the fault of the wearer, we will glady repair your piece for a reasonable cost. Taking good care of your ring will minimize the amount of stone loss you experience and ensure your jewelery lasts a lifetime.

All of our rings come with an official ring appraisal which would be used to present to an insurance company.
